It is important to note that our consulting services do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for your business. While we will provide you with our best professional advice, the final decisions and actions for your business are your responsibility.
Payment
Prompt payment is required for all consulting services provided by our firm. We understand that cash flow is crucial for any business, and we want to ensure that you have access to our services when you need them. Our payment terms will be outlined in the consulting agreement, and we expect payment to be made in a timely manner.
If any payment is delayed, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 2% per month until the payment is received in full.
Confidentiality
We understand that your business information is sensitive and confidential. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your confidential information is protected during our consulting services. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your express written consent.
We will also expect the same level of confidentiality from you. Any confidential information provided to us must be authorized by the appropriate personnel within your business.
Termination
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide that our consulting services are no longer needed. Either party may terminate the consulting agreement according to the agreement we have with you at any time with written notice. If the agreement is terminated, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services provided up to that point.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created during our consulting services will remain the property of your business. We will not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over any work created during our consulting services.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
